The Bachelor of Environmental Design is a 3-year course offered full time and part time through the School of Architecture & Design. It's primarily a pre-professional course and aims to produce graduates whose creative abilities are developed to a level of competence necessary to gain admission to the Bachelor of Environmental Design with Honours, Master of Architecture, and equivalent courses in the fields of architecture, town planning and related design areas.

This 2-year associate degree course is available full time, on-campus in Launceston through the School of Architecture. The course is aimed specifically at the needs of furniture designers and makers and aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, competencies and awareness which are necessary for graduates to practise their profession.
